Registration

To register, fill in and submit the following registration form. Please, fill in all the fields and check that they are correct before confirming.

The registration fee is € 120 for applications received before May 18th, 2009, and € 170 for applications received after that date. EGC09 fees include conference sessions, documentation and proceedings of the meeting, coffee breaks, lunches and the gala dinner (on the 30th of June).

Attendants may purchase additional tickets for accompanying people who wish to attend the gala dinner at € 60 (VAT included) per person.

Method of payment.

Fees can only be paid through a bank transfer. After sending the registration form, you will receive an automatic e-mail message with the necessary information to make the transfer.

Grants

The RSME association and the organization of the meeting will cover the registration fees of some students and/or young researchers. To solicit a grant, please fill in the following grant form, before May 4th, 2009. Notification of grant concession will be made before May 8th, 2009.

Please, if you have applied for a grant do not register before receiving  your notification of the grant decision.
